HOW IT WORKS
At your consultation we want to get to know you and the vision for your day. We'll share a little bit about our approach to the planning process and get the details to provide you with a custom quote.

REVIEW & SIGN
Post-consultation our team will send over a few sample planning documents, your custom quote and next steps. We are always happy to hop on a call to review these together. When all the details are confirmed, we'll send the official documents for your signatures!

Logistic PLANNING + APPOINTMENTS
We won't waste anytime getting you set up with your custom planning package and details! Think budget creation, planning timelines, venue site visits, initial vendor bookings and more!

DESIGN
Finally, it's time for your design meeting. If you're local, we host you at our studio for a beautiful Design Proposal brunch where we review your design details, tangible elements, rentals and more! For our destination couples we have the most special ways of celebrating your design!

WHEN SHOULD I ENQUIRE?
We typically work with our couples for one year to eighteen months. Our team is happy to meet your specific needs should you need less or more time!
How much are your services?
Our aim is to best serve our couples needs and budgets. Each wedding is different with a unique commitment from our team. In order for us to best serve each couple we custom quote all of our wedding packages. We truly believe every couple deserves having a wedding planner in whatever capacity is right for them.
How long have you been offering in-house floral design?
We began our in-house floral design services in twenty-nineteen. We love being able to offer our design clients more a cohesive continuation of their overall aesthetic and design.
How many weddings do you do a year?
Each season is different depending on our seasonal staff, variation of wedding packages, etc. We do not take more than one Complete Planning Package per day.
Where do you plan weddings?
Our wedding planning journey has taken us all over southern Alberta to central and southern British Columbia. Including Canmore, Banff, Yoho National Park, The Kootneys, Vernon and Kelowna! We have recently crossed seas and are planning destination weddings in France and Italy.
